The more capable you are, the more work you get—you’ll work yourself to death. A foreign company on the surface, a Taiwanese company at its core.
The boss loves interrupting others when they speak and has an overbearing attitude.
The brainless manager loves to just talk without doing anything.
The workload is unevenly distributed
