The boss is extremely self-important. After merely reading a few terms, he thinks he can master the entire position and is very rigid. During the first half of the year, most of the staff resigned all at once; during the second half, the company deceived graduates with various benefits, only for them to discover after joining that these were actually standard benefits required by labor laws. Later, the company forced employees to work until 9 p.m., causing many graduates to resign (there were no breaks all day; although they claimed employees could take breaks at any time, there was actually no time to do so). The boss also has a personal fan page where he frequently insults employees with offensive language. The boss mentioned above does not think any of this is his fault!
Capable people who join will only be held back by long-time employees (who are actually non-professional marketers who graduated only a year ago). This is a very inefficient company with little structure. Its SENCE is extremely poor, yet they keep saying they do things this way because customers like it, not because the boss likes it. If you tell the boss about A, he will assume that you want to understand the entire process from A to Z and will think that you know nothing and are completely useless. Unless you want to join for the experience, this company is not recommended~~
By the way, the company has a very strong sandalwood smell. Streamers (the kind who seem to have very poor SENCE) often come to livestream there. Whenever someone resigns, she goes to her personal fan page and says nasty things such as that the person was being kept by someone, supported by a man, or from a financially well-off family and therefore had nothing to lose by resigning, using these comments to comfort herself about her own pitiful circumstances.
