The work environment is very messy. In the office living room, there is a heavy motorcycle that has been disassembled and left in a chaotic state; I heard the boss’s son is working on it! The boss brings his dog to work. The dog is fairly well-behaved and does not bark excessively! When it is your turn to be the person on duty, you have to walk to the boss’s wife’s home to take out the garbage. It takes about the distance of two bus stops on foot! (I heard the company is moving out of the old office, so things should improve!) The boss’s wife smokes in her own office. Whether in one-on-one meetings or company-wide meetings, she openly smokes in front of everyone, and no employee dares to speak up or correct her! The boss’s wife is very emotional. As long as she hears a factual statement she dislikes, or something happens to put her in a bad mood that day, she can go berserk and berate people relentlessly! Her treatment of new colleagues is practically workplace bullying! It is commonplace for colleagues who have been with the company longer to privately gossip about new employees. As a result, this company has very high turnover!
