Pros
Some supervisors are genuinely good, allowing you to fully发挥 your abilities at work.
Cons
A very old-fashioned company culture with no progress, and an extremely serious office culture. The salary is indeed typical of a traditional industry, accumulated over time. It is hard to imagine that a company of this scale has such weak internal management.
