People in the office keep changing; those left are the ones who have already managed to escape nowhere. There are absolutely no systems. Getting an order inserted depends on the other person’s mood (The boss said to insert the order—so why are you making that face?) Scheduling vehicles depends on the other person’s mood (The boss said we should focus mainly on export sales.) Packaging requirements also depend on the other person’s mood (The boss said to accommodate the customer.)

They don’t respect expertise. Whenever there is a vacancy, they casually find someone to fill in. Over the years, this has caused the employees inside to have no idea what professionalism means. When problems arise, they can only scream at you emotionally. You also can’t leave work too early, or you’ll be called in for a meeting. Those who can work overtime are all considered good employees.
