Pays salaries on time
The reviews shared on this site are all factual. The worst part is that the company’s second-generation leadership has no short-, medium-, or long-term plans or direction. It does not focus on developing its core business or maintaining supplier relationships. Product quality is mediocre to poor, and in overseas markets it has fallen into price competition without any advantage. Poor supplier relationships have led to unstable quality. The second generation has an overly positive view of its own brand and is unwilling to invest in marketing, while performance declines sharply year after year.
It may be worth considering as a brief stopover between jobs, since salaries are paid on time, but staying for the medium to long term would ruin your career prospects.
