Many employees cannot stand it and resign.
The stall at Dadaocheng Wharf definitely did not win the operating rights for the next two-year term, yet it is still pursuing an appeal regarding defects in the bidding process. As of December 30, 2020, it was still continuously recruiting chefs specializing in various cuisines and store managers.
Recently, most employees have either resigned or been laid off. If anyone is looking for this type of work, please skip it.... There are no operating rights, and the work offers very little security....
