If you want to demonstrate ambition and seek a path to self-destruction while gaining work experience, look elsewhere. More than half of the employees with over 10 years of experience are just coasting toward retirement, because the company does not dare lay them off—it's afraid of the expense and of attracting the attention of the Ministry of Labor. I agree with what netizens have said: outsiders are leading insiders. The supervisors spout nonsense (only one remaining supervisor actually gets things done); the rest do not handle matters, make decisions, or take responsibility when something goes wrong. They keep repeating things they have already said, never get to the point, and go around in circles forever. They also constantly change directives, especially... they seem to love criticizing former employees who have left. Lower-ranking employees are genuinely working hard for the company, but receive disproportionate compensation. Some employees have a basic salary of around NT$18,000, and even after including other components, it only just exceeds NT$23,800.
