When you first join, they make you feel like you are surplus manpower, and they constantly assign you tasks that are more like what a floor manager or security guard would do. The system for handling matters is basically an attitude of continually spoiling all kinds of unreasonable customers. Simply put, as long as you are loud enough and good enough at arguing, you will get the compensation you want. The system changes according to the customers; there is no complete system at all. Moreover, although it is a store that sells cutting-edge 3C products, the systems and equipment used by the company seem to have gone back 20 years.

I sincerely advise anyone considering joining to think twice, or even three times. It is a very corrupt place, and the people at the top do not manage things and have no intention of dealing with the problems. Do not be fooled into joining this place, which has nothing but an impressive title, and ruin your other plans.
