Two HR supervisors left in succession; this is fundamentally a family business with serious internal management problems. Employees are treated like servants, while the “empress dowager” gets her daily satisfaction from berating people~ She would throw an entire document folder onto the floor and yell: “What are you? Nonsense! How dare you! Do you have delusions? Should you see a doctor? Is there something wrong with your ears? Why are you so inflexible? Is there something wrong with your brain? How did you come up with that line of thinking?” In short, she has absolutely no understanding of what respect means. The other chairperson—the male boss—completely lets the “empress dowager” do as she pleases and does nothing to manage the situation! I heard they went through several secretaries in a row; some were berated until they cried and quit, while others directly confronted her and left. It’s truly pitiful... Do they not know what century this is? Reports must be submitted in file folders, with a formal official document attached to the outside as a sign of respect. Meetings and regular verbal reports must use honorific language, such as: “Reporting to the chairperson, I completed ... yesterday.” and so on. Whenever anyone in their family gets off work, the secretary has to quickly ask the driver to prepare the car, run ahead to open the door, press the elevator button, wait until the elevator doors close, and finally bow again. Personally, I find it absolutely hilarious, but the “empress dowager” proudly says: “This is our company culture~” Haha, everyone gets it now, right~
