During the process, they asked about your experience and how you handle difficulties,

or whether you would be willing to work at an assigned site, and so on.

There were no problems as long as you answered firmly and clearly.

You can also adjust your answers based on your past experience.

Everyone was very nice XD

There weren't really any drawbacks to the interview.

I was just too nervous, so I probably could have answered many of the questions better.
