The monthly salary is slightly higher than at most companies, but sometimes salaries are paid late. However, there is basically no year-end bonus and almost no holiday bonuses. Even when there are any, they are pitifully small…
The boss will ask why you haven’t finished something yet. After you honestly explain the reason, he’ll reply, “That’s not an excuse!” Then he’ll repeatedly ask you N times why it isn’t finished, until you answer, “It’s due to insufficient personal ability and efficiency,” before this endless vicious cycle can finally end—satisfying his pleasure in humiliating people!
As for the other shortcomings, as mentioned in the previous review, there are too many to count…
