As soon as I joined, I realized something was off. The employment contract only listed terms favorable to the company. There was a high turnover rate among both office and field employees. If you resigned before completing a month, your salary was calculated based on the actual number of days worked, which differed from the standard calculation. The pay wasn’t even enough to cover the monthly alcohol expenses for company dinners.
