Pros: The work itself is simple; the key is not the work content but managing upward.
Overall, the company’s development strategy is wavering, and its performance in the industry is among the laggards.
Regarding the hiring department, the manager’s management style has serious problems. They often request meetings at short notice at 6:00 or 6:30; work requirements are not clearly explained and instructions are ambiguous, resulting in repeated revisions and an extreme waste of time; job responsibilities are also poorly defined. In addition, employees often feel disrespected. Taken together, these factors have resulted in a relatively high employee turnover rate.
Conclusion: I do not recommend working for this company.
