There is coffee to drink
Birthday celebrations
(These are the advantages I can think of)
During the interview, the manager said that only one-third of the people at this company actually work. After joining, I found that every day at 17:30, half of my colleagues really had already left. The workload seems to be concentrated on certain people. Perhaps there really just isn't that much to do? I only stayed for 20 days, so I didn't have the chance to observe very carefully.
The management style varies from department head to department head. When I joined, my manager said that the colleagues at this company were all very friendly, and that there were no major ups and downs—everything was okay. However, when your way of doing things differs from your manager's philosophy, they will not correct you right away. After some time, they will ask you to have a talk, then reveal a sarcastic and provocative tone, even saying things like you're a coward. Then they suddenly turn around and say that this is meant to motivate people. So that's how you define being friendly? Of course, everyone has their own perspective, so judge the good and bad for yourself. Personally, I don't really recommend this company.
