A very ambitious company
1. It is possible to produce using equipment that has not passed acceptance inspection.
2. Very good at tricking vendors into designing solutions.
3. Managers only think about how not to get scolded by the boss. They are always frantically pushing things out just so the managers themselves will not be reprimanded. You can completely feel that everyone, from top to bottom, is just putting on an act and no one dares to tell the truth.
4. A very ambitious company: specifications and requirements are given by shouting, yet it never considers that its current capabilities are only at that level.
5. The goals and ideas keep changing; the only thing that never changes is that they keep changing.
