Since the interviewer was quite young, it was easier not to feel nervous, and I was able to express what I wanted to say clearly. (The staffing agency also said that questions about the actual work would be discussed in the second and third interviews, so I completed each interview comfortably and without any concerns.)

2. The second interview covered relevant experience and situational questions about what I might encounter while working at this company. If you want a “very fulfilling” professional life, I highly recommend joining. (There will only be even more fulfilling work waiting for everyone.)

3. The third interview was basically the final wrap-up and salary discussion. You could say that anyone who makes it to the third interview already has one foot in the company.

4. I was very fortunate: I completed all three interviews within just one week (I heard that some people took two to three weeks). In addition to being grateful for the staffing agency’s consultation, I am also very thankful that the HR staff and interviewers at the time were very kind, allowing me to perform well in the interviews.
