This is the first time I've encountered a company that doesn't provide water during an interview. My mouth was so parched I was practically dying of thirst. Seeing so many negative reviews online, I thought that, at the very least, since it was a recognizable company, it probably wouldn't be that bad. But it turned out that from beginning to end, they did nothing but belittle people, as if they were the only ones who were capable, the best, and the strongest. The interview had barely started, and I already wanted to leave. Just like in another review, they told me, “You seem to be a bit quiet.” I was already full just listening to you brag about how noble you are, and then you criticized me for being quiet. Was I interviewing you, or were you interviewing me? Why don't you go interview for another company yourself—and then keep talking nonstop without letting HR get a word in? You don't know how to conduct an interview, yet you sit there criticizing me and saying all sorts of things about me. Why is it that I can interview for over an hour elsewhere, but here it was over in no time? No wonder you're recruiting all the time. I must have been out of my mind to come and give this place a try. An interview is an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other, not a chance for you to show off, belittle people, or act like you think you're being funny. BTW, the restroom is very dirty.
