You could say there are no advantages.
1. Overtime happens every day. If you can’t come in, you’ll have to work overtime remotely.
2. The company only pays overtime when management says it is required. For other overtime, if you can’t finish your workload, the company won’t pay you.
3. The people in each department involved in animation production are nice, but the PM is difficult to deal with and leaves new employees to fend for themselves.
4. The company does not pay for typhoon-related work suspensions!! This is the first time I’ve seen a company with a policy like this.
5. Because of flexible working hours, people have no sense of time. When it’s time for a meeting, not a single person may be there, and someone has to call them one by one.
6. Although there are many people who arrive late, new employees who obediently arrive and leave on time (without working overtime) should be prepared to leave.
