Pros
There are also some good company activities
There is 14 months' salary (but it isn't high)
Cons
The salary is not proportional to the workload
The company atmosphere is rather serious and somewhat militarized
In the past, there was significant room for growth through projects
Now the company has directly transformed and mostly takes on similar projects, so there is limited room for growth
