The unit I worked for is Life Butler.

1. Internal infighting is severe, and none of the managers or staff demonstrate any professionalism.

2. Regardless of what resources were promised during the interview or after I joined, none of them were ever provided. If you follow up, it somehow becomes an issue with your attitude (?).

3. Each person has to take on an enormous number of roles.

4. Nobody there has any sense of responsibility or initiative. Upper management dodges issues, while those below pass the buck whenever possible. It is normal for every minor matter to be delayed for 1–2 months without any progress.

5. Turnover is extremely high—more than four people resigned within two months of joining.

There is actually much more, but there is no point in going into detail. Just read the other reviews to see the state of this company. I naively thought the headquarters and its subsidiary would be somewhat different, but after joining, I discovered that the managers here were also appointed by headquarters and use the same style of management. There is a reason the company has been operating at a loss for years. If you do not know what it means to make empty promises or be a sycophant, come here for a guaranteed eye-opening experience.
