None!!
There are only three long-term employees: one boss who hardly ever comes to the office, one very emotional supervisor, one young sales employee who has only been there for a year and a half, a sales assistant who has been there for less than half a year, and some part-time workers! The company has absolutely no systems; everything is based on what the supervisor says. But even though they originally told you to do A, they later question why you did A instead of B. They also often assign urgent tasks that must be completed immediately (because there are so few people, you may also have to help with administrative or accounting work completely unrelated to the position you originally applied for). Moreover, the supervisor is very busy and usually cannot review your proposals until after work. (You cannot send a proposal to a client without showing it to the supervisor first, and you have to show it to them every day because their ideas are different every day.) As a result, you often have to work overtime, and your overtime application may not even be approved (I never submitted one myself!). The hours from 6–7 p.m. cannot be counted as overtime. Basically, the most senior young sales employee works overtime every day! There is absolutely no training. You usually have to pay for purchases out of your own pocket, and applying for petty cash is incredibly troublesome. In short, it is a bizarre company! Please, don’t let anyone else be tricked into joining! Oh, right! No matter what position you apply for, you will eventually become a sales planner—an all-purpose sales planner who handles everything!
