It's a German brand, although I'm not sure whether that's really true. Anyway, it sounds like a foreign company.

1. If you're going to join, be mentally prepared to work overtime until you're dead. The boss will be unhappy if you leave on time. They won't say so openly, but their attitude will be obvious.

2. The company has a culture of working overtime. No one dares to leave on time, and staying an extra hour is basically the norm.

3. If they think you have too much free time, they'll keep assigning you work that is "not included in the evaluation." Then, when it comes time for the performance review, they'll say you haven't achieved anything. They completely disregard how much time those miscellaneous tasks take, so everyone becomes very good at avoiding responsibility. Whoever takes it upon themselves to handle those "thankless" tasks is simply out of luck—the boss won't thank you either.

4. You can't refuse a reassignment either. The boss will use all kinds of methods to force you to accept it. If you still refuse, they'll start making things difficult for you until you can't take it anymore and resign voluntarily.
