1. Are the positive reviews written by the boss trying to whitewash things, or by internal staff who were forced to write them? What a joke.
2. If the boss wants to get rid of you, they will avoid all kinds of labor law regulations and inexplicably shut down all your work access. There are screenshots saved as evidence here. (Think carefully before joining: the boss may want to get rid of people at any time. You definitely will not receive involuntary termination benefits, because government funding is being used; issuing an involuntary termination would result in a loss for them.)
3. Various difficulties are imposed after joining over requirements that were never raised before employment. (At first, this company will make you feel like it has very clear goals.)
4. It is very frightening—think twice before joining.
5. All of your work accounts, including internal messages and conversations, are company accounts and passwords, so think carefully before whispering anything to your colleagues.
All in all, I don't know how many waves of people this company has replaced within a year. It really is a wonderful company that seriously operates with the people's tax money! Investing in it properly is truly super great.
