Pros
The environment around the company is fairly good.
Cons
1. PMs are merely messengers and have no professional expertise whatsoever. Otherwise, they hire inexperienced newcomers who randomly cut and paste documents and have more senior employees carry out the work. Absurd.
2. The boss only talks, claiming to understand everything. If that's the case, why keep hiring such unprofessional PMs? He is contradicting himself.
3. Everything is someone else's fault; the boss is always right. Then, due to poor operations, employees are ultimately laid off.
