The company manager has extremely, extremely low EQ.

They insult people without using profanity, but every word cuts deeply, and they also make personal attacks.

Moreover, this happens when they think you should be doing three things simultaneously, but there was simply too much work, so I completed only two—and they had not explained things clearly.

You must not question the manager; they will immediately slam the table and say they will dock your pay.

In short, the worst, lowest-EQ, and most prejudiced manager I have encountered in my career.

I actually wonder whether the manager should seek counseling.
