The colleagues in the factory office are quite easy to get along with, and you can leave work on time.
If you don't care about salary, benefits, or promotion opportunities, it's quite suitable for taking care of your health and adjusting your daily routine.
The supervisor of the unit I worked in is quite unusual and has a very demanding management style. I don't think anyone who has worked in that unit has stayed for more than three years. During my time there, 10 colleagues were replaced; the person who stayed the longest was the unit supervisor. If you want to experience working in that unit, I recommend not trying it if you are looking for a long-term position. It is suitable for people who enjoy repetitive tasks and short-term training.
