You can devote yourself wholeheartedly to your work, thinking about work at all times.
New tasks keep being added and never get finished, and the boss will ask you, “Why didn’t you come in to work overtime? This is your job.”
You can cultivate an absolute sense of responsibility toward your work.
During the interview, the boss would say, based on the questions you asked, that the company offered all of these benefits.
But until the day I left, I can only say that I never received any of them.
The so-called “six sessions of the Employee Assistance Program” are actually discussions with the boss personally.
As an aside, the company consists largely of unpaid interns, whose number far exceeds that of full-time employees.
I am skeptical that there are currently more than two full-time employees.
At this point, I don’t think I need to say anything more.
