The company is flexible and gives employees a lot of freedom. It is very generous with overtime pay, and leave can be taken at any time without being forced to work overtime. If no one works overtime, senior management personally comes down to make deliveries.
The supervisors lack leadership ability. Customized policies hinder drivers’ ways of working and reduce efficiency, and meetings are of no help whatsoever. The store manager also does not manage things (possibly due to a lack of experience and not knowing how to manage). When problems arise with employees, they do not ask the people involved and instead blindly listen to hearsay from others. The entire company suffers from a dead sea effect, and the company’s growth is limited because of personnel-related problems!
