On-site administrator; the work is simple and they are extremely short-staffed. As long as you’re a person with functioning hands and feet, you should be able to get hired.
1. There is no SOP for new-hire training; they just teach you however they feel like it. Each veteran employee also does things differently, yet veterans earn the same salary as you and do not have a higher position. They still have the nerve to yell at people, which feels awful.
2. You need to patrol the parking lot. Management says you should patrol about once every two hours (which is practically impossible—seeing someone patrol three times a day is already impressive). If it’s a large lot, one round can take 30–60 minutes. If you’re the only person working, you’ll be exhausted, because whenever a customer has a problem, you have to rush back to the management office immediately. Management just gives orders while the people below run their legs off.
3. There is no break time during a 12-hour shift.
4. The machines are terrible and have problems all day, causing employees to constantly get yelled at.
5. The day and night shifts both pay only 23,800. Anything extra is just overtime pay. At this salary, you might as well work as a security guard at a residential community—it would be easier.
6. There are many locations, and they can send you wherever they want. Although the law stipulates that the company can decide on transfers within 30 kilometers without the employee’s consent, they don’t even ask or inform you at all. You have to check the schedule yourself to find out that you’ve been transferred. It feels awful!
