1. Someone wrote in an interview review three years ago that the starting salary was 28K, and three years later it is still 28K. After three months, the raise is only around 1–2K.
2. Having to fill out the company’s standardized internal forms is a bit of a waste of time. You also have to answer questions such as finding several “e”s and arranging words in reverse order. I don’t know what the purpose is, but it also feels like a waste of time.
3. It feels like the starting salary is 28K regardless of experience. They are very firm and have no intention of negotiating the salary. If you’re okay with 28K, then go for it.
