Never-ending work
A bunch of sycophants
When senior management says something, middle management has to carry it out. If the execution doesn’t go well, it’s deemed inadequate work—what more can one person who already wears multiple hats be expected to do? For 365 days, a certain manager is constantly being reassigned, and assistants in a certain unit and section come and go one after another.
Speaking nicely doesn’t mean someone can do the job. The person who quietly gets things done is always the one who suffers the most.
When faced with problems, a certain senior executive only knows how to push them away and evade responsibility. When things go right, it’s credited to them; when things go wrong, it’s always the subordinate’s fault.
