The colleagues are very nice.
There is a break room available for use.
The company computers may have monitoring software installed.
If you want to discuss company matters, please do not use the company computers.
Moreover, it is unclear what the company actually makes money from (there is not much information available, so it is difficult to know where the money comes from).
They constantly demand huge amounts of traffic, but use Douyin content (because they cannot obtain it otherwise).
They constantly threaten to dismiss employees at any time, and overtime is unpaid.
The supervisor says things like they have no money, and so on. As for the salary... well.
You do not learn much.
