Pros
The interviewer was quite easy to talk to, and the conversation and Q&A did not feel stressful.
Cons
The salary seems quite low. The manager was very happy to talk about their own experiences, but glossed over the benefits, salary, raises, and so on. They only seriously pointed out that the salary would not be high when first joining.
