Pros
The interviewer was quite easy to talk to, and the conversation and questions didn’t feel stressful.
Cons
The salary feels quite low. The manager was very happy to talk about their own experiences, but glossed over benefits, salary, raises, and so on. They only seriously emphasized that the salary would not be high when first joining.
