As of November 2020, the company was "on the surface" fully compliant with the Labor Standards Act.

The work and benefits listed on 104 were also genuine. At least during my employment, I was not deprived of any benefits.

The relationships among colleagues were fairly harmonious, as long as work-related matters were not involved.

The benefits were all quite good.

1. The boss says he wants to reform things—please do not take him seriously; he is fishing for information.

2. As of November 2020, be cautious of Assistant Manager Li. If you are applying for a warehouse management position or a related role, just do what he says. If he asks for your opinion, respond vaguely and move on. If he feels that you are more aggressive or ambitious than he is, you will be targeted. Strictly speaking, I simply did not encounter the right supervisor. I hope the next person who joins this company can work there peacefully and harmoniously, instead of foolishly getting targeted like I did.

3. If you are applying for a position in the Production Department, be aware that there is a fine system within this department. This violates the Labor Standards Act. If you encounter similar unlawful practices after being hired, quietly collect evidence and protect your rights.

4. In 2020, business conditions were poor. The boss wanted to cut staff, while the boss's wife wanted to hire people. They occasionally came into conflict over how to run things. If you join the company, you may need to watch out for some strange conflicts and avoid getting caught up in them.
