Pros
The policies and benefits are fairly good, the senior managers treat people well, and the salary is also good.
Cons
There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, and employee trips only include overseas itineraries, with no domestic ones. There are no foreign workers to order around, and there are too many useless SOPs.
