The restroom is very clean, and watching the unreasonable boss perform a Sichuan-opera-style face change is quite thrilling.
1. There is evidence that the company violates the Labor Standards Act.
2. The stated payday is the 5th of every month, but whether the salary is actually paid on time is another matter.
3. The job posting on the recruitment website stated that the regular monthly salary would be at least NT$40,000. In reality, after employees start work, the employer uses the probationary period as a reason to state that the wage during probation is NT$160 per hour (for one hour). Even the monthly salary for a full-time position is not NT$40,000.
4. Regardless of what time employees leave work, the employer requires their wages to be calculated only until 3:30 p.m.
5. Workplace bullying: loudly insulting employees by asking whether they are sick or have problems, calling them shameless or obese, accusing them of intending to steal things, questioning how their parents raised them, and so on.
6. If you do not comply with the employer’s unreasonable demands or request overtime pay, they will subject you to an intense barrage of verbal abuse and cold violence, saying they will fire you.
7. As soon as you mention money to the employer, they blow up and make sure you experience plenty of emotional turmoil at work.
8. I’m leaving this review as a public service. After reading all of the above, if you still decide to take the job, all I can say is: take care of yourself!
