Interviewing with the design manager, I was able to learn about the company’s overall systems and work directly from the manager.

The plans for what needs to be done over the next one, two, and three years are clearly laid out.

Also, during the interview, the manager never made me feel that they were acting superior.

Instead, they discussed my weaknesses and strengths based on my past experience.

After the interview, I felt that I probably wouldn’t get the job,

but the manager’s attitude did not become any worse because of that.

Overall,

it felt as though we were discussing how to improve the company’s design or further develop my own abilities.

I would like to work with and learn from this manager,

and discover new directions in design that I have never encountered before.

The manager said they would not tell HR that there would be an additional hands-on test,

so they could see how candidates respond on the spot?

But they clearly said the interview would only take two hours....

I applied to Dinghua, so why was Dingxin the one contacting candidates?

The whole system is quite strange.
