but now it feels more like a place where you can coast toward retirement.

Many of the highly skilled senior colleagues have left.

If you want to learn next-generation technologies, this may not be the right place

(almost everyone who knew them is gone).

For now, most of what remains is current-generation technology.

There are relatively few staff left, and the remaining people are struggling to keep things going.
