The office environment is good and looks like a creative design company. You can have access to materials related to licenses for some unreleased films.

The boss is a good designer but not a good manager. He is too subjective and has very poor emotional control, with his moods changing in an instant. The company is neither profitable nor does it offer benefits. Employees work hard but are only measured by their output. They only want to raise funding and IPO, but it is just an empty promise. Most employees who come and go are young people who believe startups have prospects. The product is worth buying, but working there is not highly recommended.
