I didn't submit an application; they approached me and asked me to interview. They first requested a proposal before the second interview, but the hiring manager had never seen or understood the proposal at all, and even asked to see the closing reports for cases the applicant had handled in the past. Hello, would you consider it reasonable if your employees or vendors you have worked with showed a closing report to a competitor? Please use some logic when you speak.
