We agreed on an interview time, but when I arrived at the company, I found no one at the reception desk. I pressed the doorbell, but no one responded or came to open the door. I called the phone number the company had provided in the interview invitation, but no one answered. I also called the company’s phone number about five times, and no one answered any of those calls either. It was absolutely ridiculous. I really couldn’t find any way to get in: no one answered the phone or the door. The company’s door required an access card to enter, so I had no choice but to stand outside the company and wait quietly for more than ten minutes. Only then did someone finally come over to let me in. After entering, I found the floor covered with parts and wires (?); in any case, it was extremely messy. I originally thought that, apart from the unmanned reception desk, the employees were also absent, which was why no one answered the door or phone. But after going inside, I discovered that almost half of the employees were at their desks working, so…??? In short, the HR staff at this company were extremely unprofessional and seemed to be messing with job applicants. Throughout the interview, they kept asking meaningless questions, and the other person did nearly all the talking, giving the applicant no opportunity to speak at all. They just kept asking when I could start working. It felt like they wanted to rush through the process and were simply desperate to hire someone, anyone—it didn’t matter who. In fact, as soon as I entered and saw the inside of the company, along with the HR person (? Though this company seemed not to have an HR department either; it was just a middle-aged woman who came to interview me), it seemed that she had even forgotten that she had scheduled an interview with someone. During the interview, I actually wanted to leave immediately several times… The conclusion is that it was a waste of time.
