1. The old employees’ way of thinking prevails; what they say goes..

2. The team leader does not give you room to perform. They say that any ideas can be brought up for discussion, but although they agree on the surface, they actually look for trouble behind the scenes.

3. There is no planning or schedule for getting things done.

4. There are major problems with cross-departmental communication.

5. Work plans and arrangements are only brought up when the deadline is approaching.

6. The front-end RD team leader can play mobile games during work hours and chat with colleagues, and nobody can do anything about it.

7. They really like to wait until just before the end of the workday to come and ask you about things......

8. They fundamentally do not understand the importance of testing; in reality, everything is decided by that team leader.

9. There is no documentation or specification—everything is communicated verbally.
