1. Overtime must be forecast in advance, and they even haggle over the most basic overtime pay. There is too much work: if you forecast two hours of overtime, you first have to get the assistant manager's signature. If you work longer than forecast and want to change it, you still have to submit an application.
2. Supervisors only know how to talk; the more they earn, the less responsibility they take. Management only focuses on nitpicking over trivial matters, while relatives and favorites are left alone.
3. Even after finishing the work within your own responsibilities, you still have to come up with improvement ideas for the company. It is completely meaningless—everyone just fabricates data to get by.
4. The lunch is hard to eat, and the break room is extremely small. They should follow other companies and provide a snack cabinet, while letting everyone bring their own lunch.
