Cons

The office is very small and not bright enough.

The company currently probably does not have a dedicated HR department.

The interviewer insisted that sales is governed by a duty-based work system. I replied that the Labor Standards Act imposes strict restrictions on such systems and that approval must be reported to and obtained from the competent authority. Sales is not within the scope covered by this system, but the interviewer still insisted that it was a duty-based system, interpreting the system far too broadly.

The official hours are 09:00–18:00, but the interviewer said that administrative staff usually stay half an hour to one hour after work, considering this perfectly normal. They said overtime can be applied for, but... will it really be approved?

There are hardly any benefits to speak of, and the leave system simply follows the Labor Standards Act.

The company does not care about employees’ career development and does not believe it should establish a promotion roadmap.

7. The interviewers’ interviewing skills were poor. If the job seeker did not ask proactively, neither interviewer would proactively provide more details about the position, the company’s situation, or its benefits.
