Haven't thought of any yet
1. A terrible culture of working overtime. I had only been there a few days when they started forcing us to work overtime. We have to work 40 hours of overtime every month.
2. An illogical exam culture. This is honestly the first time I've ever heard of anything like it. What determines employee performance and bonuses isn't work performance, but absurd exams. And the exams aren't even about the job—they test you on a bunch of managers' names, supposed famous quotes of unknown origin, and the completely illogical, arbitrary codes and prices of all the products. During your very first month, you have to take three exams; in two months, you have to take eight in total. What the hell? After working overtime and coming home exhausted, you still have to study. Why would I put myself through this? I might as well go to cram school and take the civil service exam. If you don't do well on the exams, the system directly locks you out and prevents your unit supervisor from adding performance points. It's really damn feudalistic.
