The company staff are polite.
Cons
The salary includes a NT$2,000 perfect-attendance bonus, and NT$3,000 is deducted from that month's salary to be used as a bonus, which is paid in cash two months later. It feels like they are trying to avoid high turnover or save on the 6% labor and health insurance and retirement contributions.
