1. The boss is Hakka. Frugality is a virtue, but this is taking frugality too far (even the most basic ballpoint pens are ridiculously difficult to use).
2. The company handles many matters with a “put it off as long as possible” approach (there are quite a few messes to clean up).
3. The company is further divided into two factions (be careful—walls have ears).
