They invited the interviewee to a second interview and said during the interview that the chances of being hired were high, but ultimately said they could not hire me due to an internal company transfer. Why post this position in the first place? Even before joining, I could already sense that there were problems with internal communication and that the company’s systems clearly needed improvement. Fortunately, I discovered these issues before joining! What a relief!
They said during the interview that the supervisor was unavailable, but did not reschedule with the interviewee. I had to go for interviews twice again, which was truly a waste of everyone’s time!
